Product Detail
Boron Nitride has excellent lubricity and releasability due to its layered structure like graphite. Graphite is rich in activity, readily reacts with metals and oxides, and is electrically conductive, while Boron Nitride is electrically insulating, chemically and thermally stable. In an inert atmosphere, Boron Nitride can keep stable up to about 2000 °C.

2. Excellent corrosion resistance

It is stable against most organic solvents, corrosive chemicals, and has the property of being non-wettable to most molten metals and glasses.


3. Excellent electrical characteristics

It has excellent electrical insulation and withstands high voltage even at high temperatures, and the dielectric constant and dielectric loss remain unchanged at high frequencies.


4. Lubrication

The friction coefficient does not change to a fairly high temperature in a nitrogen stream, and can be used up to about 950 °C in air.


5. Thermal conductivity

It has high thermal conductivity and can be used as a filler material for products that require heat dissipation.
