The silicon nitride protection tube is used for heating non-ferrous metal melts such as aluminum liquid and zinc liquid. It has a compact structure, long service life and high cost performance. It is an ideal material for protection tube.


- Its strong thermal shock resistance ensures that the protection tube still keep working continuously under the situation that aluminum liquid heat goes up and down and the temperature difference between the heating element and the aluminum liquid gets big, thus plugging and unplugging will not affect performance during batch operation.


- The superior corrosion resistance makes the eluted contaminants not enter the molten aluminum liquid, thereby maintaining the purity of the aluminum liquid.


- The low wettability to molten aluminum makes it easy to maintain and operate.


- Silicon nitride ceramics have excellent high temperature resistance and high temperature mechanical strength, and can withstand the heat load of high temperature heating elements.
