The silicon nitride stalk riser tube is used for heating non-ferrous metal melts such as aluminum liquid and zinc liquid. It has a compact structure, long service life and high cost performance. It is an ideal material for riser tubes.


- Non-wetting in contact with aluminum and its alloys: Compared with the trouble of silicon carbide and other material, silicon nitride has its own lubricating properties. It is resistant to various acid and alkali corrosion, which greatly reduces the time cost caused by replacing spare parts or cleaning aluminum slag during operation and greatly improve industrial production efficiency and reduce material consumption.


- High temperature resistance: silicon nitride ceramics have high hardness, and can still maintain good performance at 800℃ high temperature, and will not be contaminated by aluminum liquid by high temperature damage.


- Long lifespan: Normally used silicon nitride materials works ten times longer than graphite materials. Also in riser products, silicon carbide and other materials have short service life and high replacement frequency problem due to parts replacement and cleaning damage, which results in machine operation can not be continuous, and the use of silicon nitride greatly shortens the time cost and creates greater economic value for the enterprise.
